Terms of Service

1. Digital goods

Keyora sells digital game licenses. Each listing is a time-bound license offered in Day, Week, Month, and Year durations as shown on the product page. These are intangible goods delivered electronically. Once a key is emailed, revealed in the customer portal, or redeemed, the license is delivered and is non-returnable except as set out in the refund policy.

By completing checkout you agree to these terms and to the payment processor’s terms (SellAuth and Stripe). If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.

2. Refund policy

Delivered licenses are generally non-refundable. A replacement may be considered only if you selected the wrong title or the wrong duration (Day, Week, Month, or Year), the key has not been used, and the replacement costs the same or less than the original order. All prices are in USD. We do not refund the price difference on a cheaper swap.

Hardware limits, region locks, platform rules, and a change of mind are not grounds for a refund. Confirm requirements and region before you pay.

If a payment fails at checkout but funds still leave your account, Stripe typically returns the hold automatically within 3–5 business days. That is not a completed sale and no key is issued.

Replacement and refund requests are accepted only through a ticket on the official Keyora Discord server, with your invoice ID.

3. Discord membership for support

Anyone seeking help, a replacement, or a refund must join the official Keyora Discord server. Tickets are opened there; that is how we look up orders and speak with you. We do not process requests from buyers who will not join.

4. Support and communication

All support and order communication happens on the official Keyora Discord server. Email, SellAuth tickets, and any other channel are not used for purchase help. SellAuth tickets asking for support are ignored. Direct messages on Discord that are not about a purchase are ignored.

Include your invoice ID and the email used at checkout in every ticket. We can look up orders placed through our checkout. We cannot reverse a publisher action, reset a platform account, or move a key that has already been activated.

5. License and use

A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the product key for personal use only, for the duration you paid for — Day, Week, Month, or Year, as named on the listing. The license ends when that period expires.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the key. Redistribution without prior written consent from Keyora is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property

Game titles, characters, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and licensors. Keyora is an independent reseller of genuine licenses and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those publishers unless a listing explicitly says otherwise.

Keyora’s own name, layout, and original copy may not be scraped, republished, or reused commercially without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Licenses are sold as-is once delivered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keyora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of a license or the inability to use it — including publisher outages, platform policy changes, and hardware issues.

Keyora’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

8. Changes to these terms

Keyora may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when the revised page is published on this site. The version live at the time of purchase applies to that order. Continued use of a license after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
